ESSES Fitness

Thursdays 8.15 - 9.15pm, in the Main Hall. The Metafit™ is the original 30 minute, non choreographed, body weight only HIIT workout.  It combines the latest HIIT training techniques with traditional 'Old school' body weight exercises to set the metabolism on fire!
